Before publishing, merchants must ensure that:

• the content does not infringe third-party rights
• the content complies with applicable laws and platform policies

Scan2Sell does not review or approve content before it is published.

Scan2Sell may use anonymized or aggregated system data to improve platform performance and functionality.

Scan2Sell does not use merchant-specific content in a way that publicly identifies the merchant without permission.
